In 2019 SAW released a publication. The publication was the outcome of many months of self reflection and careful consideration, within it’s pages we sought to explore and explain what SAW is, what it has been, and what it aims to be as an organisation. The content ends with this prayer of farewell, which is used to open most events at SAW.
May we leave this place with open minds, with the spirit of welcoming dwelling within us.
May we leave this place knowing one another and our maker just a little more.
May we leave this place changed for the better, with hopeful hearts and creative spirits.
May we leave this place blessing one another, and being a blessing to others.
May we leave this place to seek the encouragement of others and the wellbeing of our world.
